Job summary

Ann Clinic in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dedicated nurse with 1–3 years of relevant experience to join its aesthetic/dermatology clinic. You will assist doctors, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure patient safety and record accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during consultations, aesthetic treatments and medical procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and instruments with proper sterilisation.
• Monitor patients before, during and after procedures and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Track supplies and ensure stock availability and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe and professional clinic environment.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions under doctor's direction.
• Support daily clinic operations and comply with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.

Years of Experience:

Required Language:

Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

Diploma in Nursing or equivalent recognised nursing qualification. Valid registration and Annual Practising Certificate (APC) are required where applicable.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a recognised nursing qualification and valid professional registration and practising certificate, where applicable.

2. Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic or medical setting is preferred.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong patient-oriented attitude.

5. Responsible, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient safety.

6. Willing to learn new clinical procedures and follow clinic protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist doctors during consultations, aesthetic treatments and medical procedures within the authorised scope of nursing practice.

2. Prepare treatment rooms, medical equipment and instruments, ensuring proper sterilisation and infection control.

3. Monitor patients before, during and after procedures, and promptly report any adverse reactions or concerns to the doctor.

4. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation and clinical records.

5. Monitor medical supplies and consumables, maintain accurate stock records and ensure sufficient stock availability.

6. Maintain a clean, safe and professional clinical environment.

7. Provide appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions under the doctor's direction.

8. Assist with daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with clinic policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
