Job summary

DRGS CLINIC SDN BHD in Ipoh, Malaysia, seeks a clinic assistant to support doctors during aesthetic and skin treatments and to ensure smooth daily operations. You will look after patients before and after procedures, maintain hygiene, and help with bookings and inquiries.

Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin is a plus. The role includes training on aesthetic devices, weekend shifts on a rotating basis, and a friendly, modern clinic environment that

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during aesthetic and laser procedures
• Prepare patients, treatment rooms and equipment before each procedure
• Perform basic skin treatments under the doctor's supervision
• Explain pre- and post-treatment care to patients clearly
• Follow up with patients after treatment and flag any concerns to the doctor
• Maintain infection control, sterilisation and clinic hygiene standards
• Manage stock of consumables, skincare products and medical supplies
• Help ensure the clinic complies with Akta 586 and other regulatory requirements
• Assist with patient enquiries and bookings when needed

Job description

You will support our doctor in delivering aesthetic and skin treatments, look after patients before and after procedures, and help keep the clinic running safely and smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Assist the doctor during aesthetic and laser procedures

Prepare patients, treatment rooms and equipment before each procedure

Perform basic skin treatments under the doctor's supervision

About you
