Responsibilities

About the role

CLINIC RX is seeking an Experienced Aesthetic Doctor to join our growing medical practice in the Klang Valley, Selangor. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to work in the rapidly expanding field of aesthetic medicine. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and procedures to our diverse patient base, whilst maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety. This role is integral to our commitment to providing excellent aesthetic medical services across the region and positions you at the forefront of modern aesthetic healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments to understand aesthetic goals and medical history
• Perform a range of aesthetic procedures including injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation therapies and other non-surgical aesthetic interventions
• Develop individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and expectations
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical regulations
• Ensure adherence to strict infection control protocols and safety standards during all procedures
• Provide thorough pre-operative and post-operative care guidance to patients
• Stay current with the latest aesthetic medicine techniques, treatments and advancements through continued professional development
• Collaborate effectively with nursing and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Address patient concerns and manage any complications or adverse reactions professionally and promptly

What we're looking for

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid registration with the Malaysian Medical Council
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine or a related medical field
• Proven expertise in administering aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, laser therapy and chemical peels
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, ageing processes and aesthetic principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage patient expectations effectively
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and care
• Valid malpractice insurance and professional indemnity coverage
• Current knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in Malaysia
• Preference for candidates with additional aesthetic medicine certifications or training from recognised international bodies
