Job summary

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or related field.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XiaoHongShu (RED).
• Strong content creation, branding and social media marketing skills.
• Experience with Canva or CapCut is a plus.
• Creative, independent and good communication.

We are looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, managing social media content and supporting the growth of our brands through effective campaigns and creative ideas.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and brand activities.

Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting and engagement.

Develop creative ideas to improve brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.

Coordinate marketing activities for product launches, festive campaigns, promotions and events.

Work closely with the Graphic Design and Operations teams on marketing materials and campaign execution.

Monitor social media performance, market trends and competitor activities.

Assist in evaluating campaign results and recommend improvements for future marketing activities.

About you

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field.

Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XiaoHongShu (RED).

Good understanding of content creation, branding and social media marketing.

Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut or other content editing software will be an advantage.

Creative, responsible and able to work independently.

Good communication, coordination and time management skills.

Experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage.
