Job summary

Publicis Groupe Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented intern to support the Buying & Finance team with day-to-day billing operations. You will book space or airtime after campaign plans are approved and handle your own client accounts with accountability and care.

You will work closely with media owners, manage invoices, produce media spend reports, and assist with invoice matching to scheduling numbers. A hybrid working schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business/Finance/Data Analytics/Statistics.
• Proficient written and verbal English.
• Ability to deliver under pressure and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with media owners; manage invoices and billings.
• Prepare Media Reports/Invoices.
• Generate media spend reports per client.
• Assist Finance with invoice matching to BCC schedule number.
• Collaborate with Buying & Finance on billings and deadlines.
• Manage and clear all billings and backlogs.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Business/Finance/Data Analytics/Statistics
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English
• Ability to deliver under pressure and management of timelines and production
• Meticulous and structured
• Curious character, instinctively proactive and believes in asking questions to get ahead
