Overview

The Digital Executive Intern will support the team in the day‑to‑day coordination, execution, and reporting of digital campaigns. This role is designed as a learning opportunity, with a strong focus on internal collaboration across teams, campaign support, and building foundational digital media knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in the planning, setup, and monitoring of digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure campaign materials, timelines, and deliverables are aligned.
• Assist in preparing campaign reports, tracking performance, and sharing updates with the team.
• Support quality checks and day‑to‑day execution tasks to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
• Build understanding of digital platforms, campaign processes, and market trends through hands‑on support and team guidance.
• Assist with campaign tracking, budget monitoring, and documentation for internal reporting purposes.
• Support cross‑functional collaboration by working with internal teams across planning, buying, finance, and operations.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team across assigned digital activities.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, media platforms, or online campaign processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other basic productivity tools.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and pay attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a dynamic digital environment.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold a relevant valid visa to work in Malaysia.
