Job summary

Astro Malaysia is seeking an Associate, Campaign Executive in Kuala Lumpur to provide implementation and administrative support to Sales Executives and Managers. You will help manage campaigns, ensure timely delivery, and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies across TV, radio, digital and experiential marketing.

The role requires 2–4 years in customer service within media sales, solid Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years demonstrated experience in customer service in media sales.
• 1–2 years radio, online, interactive implementation experience (desirable).
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Project management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional implementation and administrative support to nominated Sales Executives and Sales Managers.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction with prompt, professional responses.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of TV, radio, Digital Advertising products, Integrated Solutions, Social Media Marketing.
• Support and have joint responsibility with Account Sales Executives & Sales Managers for client servicing.
• Execution of all elements of sold campaigns with internal departments; promotion implementation via activation of internal resources.
• Manage internal processes and critical paths; oversee production of materials and reports.
• Attend external client meetings and build relationships with clients and agencies.
