Job summary

Ensure machines operate efficiently with minimum unscheduled downtime.

Ensure preventive maintenance activities are properly planned and executed.

Analyze machine downtime and equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Conduct training and performance evaluations for technicians.

Monitor and control machinery and equipment spare parts consumption.

Carry out machine modifications and continuous improvement projects.

Maintain proper departmental documentation, procedures, and SOPs.

Review daily maintenance issues and prepare monthly management reports.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
