Job summary

Robert Bosch Sdn Bhd in Penang is looking for an experienced instructor to shape and supervise theoretical and practical apprenticeship programs. You will develop materials, organize classes, and guide trainees in mechanical and automation topics within Bosch's Technical Training Center.

The role requires related degree/diploma, 5+ years for diploma level, and hands-on experience in automation or fabrication.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma/SKM Level 3 in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering.
For Diploma/SKM Level 3, must have 5 years experience.
Instructor experience in a technical training organization.
GDVT and Skill Education background are added advantage.
Industrial hands-on experience in automation or fabrication.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop and control theoretical and practical apprenticeship program.
Supervise tasks assigned to students and provide instruction.
Keep apprenticeship procedures and policies up to date; control and improve center indicators.
Implement the educational plan of the Technical Training Center (TGA).
Develop class materials, manuals and practices; organize classes and scheduling.
Develop the internal trainer team; focus on Mechanical curriculum development.
Oversee workshop practices (Lathe, Milling, Sawing, Drilling) and Technical Drafting.
Include E-Pneumatic System and Technology; support junior fabrication services for the factory.
