Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is looking for an experienced instructor to plan, develop and oversee theoretical and practical apprenticeship programs in our Technical Training Center. You will supervise trainee tasks, provide instruction, and keep apprenticeship procedures up to date.

The role focuses on mechanical curriculum development, CAD drafting, and hands-on workshop activities (lathe, milling, drilling). You will organize classes, develop materials, schedule sessions, and build a capable internal

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/SKM Level 3 in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• For Diploma/SKM Level 3, must have 5 years experience.
• Instructor experience in a technical training organization.
• GDVT and Skill Education background is added advantage.
• Industrial hands-on experience especially in the automation or fabrication industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and control theoretical and practical apprenticeship program.
• Supervise tasks assigned to students.
• Provide the necessary instruction / knowledge to the trainees.
• Keep up to date apprenticeship procedures and policies.
• Control and improve center indicators.
• Implement the educational plan of the Technical Training Center (TGA).
• Develop the material, manuals and practices needed for classes.
• Organize and schedule classes, materials and practices for the students.
• Development of the internal trainer team.
• Primary focus on Mechanical curriculum development and instructions.
• Mechanical workshop practices (Lathe, Milling, Sawing and Drilling).
• Technical Drafting (Manual and CAD) (E)-Pneumatic System and Technology.
