Job summary

Bosch is seeking an experienced technical trainer to plan, develop and manage apprenticeship programs. The role includes supervision, curriculum delivery, and updating procedures to drive center performance.

Responsibilities cover mechanical curriculum, workshop practices, technical drafting, and pneumatic systems, with a focus on internal trainer development and fabrication support.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/SKM Level 3 in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• For Diploma/SKM Level 3, 5 years experience.
• Instructor experience in a technical training organization.
• GDVT and Skill Education background are added advantage.
• Industrial hands-on experience in automation or fabrication

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and control the apprenticeship program (theory and practical).
• Supervise tasks assigned to students.
• Provide instruction/knowledge to trainees.
• Keep apprenticeship procedures updated; monitor center indicators.
• Implement the Technical Training Center education plan (TGA).
• Develop materials, manuals and class practices.
• Organize and schedule classes, materials and practices.
• Develop internal trainer team.
• Focus on mechanical curriculum development and instructions.
• Oversee machine shop practices (Lathe, Milling, Sawing, Drilling).
• Technical Drafting (Manual and CAD).
• Cover (E)-Pneumatic System and Technology.
• Support junior fabrication services to the factory.

Job Description

• Planning, development and control of theoretical and practical apprenticeship program.
• Supervision of tasks assigned to students.
• Provide the necessary instruction / knowledge to the trainees.
• Keep up to date apprenticeship procedures and policies. Control and improve center indicators.
• Implement the educational plan of the Technical Training Center (TGA).
• Develop the material, manuals and practices needed for classes.
• Organize and schedule classes, materials and practices for the students.
• Development of the internal trainer team
• Primary focus on Mechanical curriculum development and instructions.
• Mechanic workshop practices (Lathe, Milling, Sawing and Drilling)
• Technical Drafting (Manual and CAD)
• (E)-Pneumatic System and Technology
• Secondary focus on Junior fabrication company – Providing internal fabrication services to the factory

Qualifications
