Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automation equipment design, product design, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and coordinate with customers.
• Strong background in plastics design, injection molding, sheet metal stamping, metal bending, rubber, and die-casting.
• Familiarity with pneumatics, gearing, motors, and sensors.
• Demonstrated responsibility, strong communication, and action-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs, prototypes, and final solutions for products and automation equipment according to customer specs.
• Create CAD models and detailed drawings for optimal product solutions.
• Lead design reviews and verification before fabrication or tooling release.
• Coordinate with customers to manage buy-off schedules and address issues.
• Deliver high-quality designs that meet internal and external expectations.
