Job summary

Solo Labeller Technology in Malaysia is seeking a field service engineer to commission, install, service, and train customers on labelling equipment. You will ensure machines are tested and FAT-ready, assemble units per specifications, and provide ongoing technical support to customers across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.

Fresh engineering graduates with a proactive, customer-focused attitude are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot delivery machines to customer sites.
• Fresh graduates with engineering background considered; on-job training provided.
• Willing to travel across Peninsular and East Malaysia for off-site service.
• Knowledge of labelling machines and labels is a plus.

The potential candidate must be interested in mechanical to interact & perform technical service& support with Industrial customer especially related to labelling.

Responsible for commissioning, installation, servicing, and training of equipment & labeller existing/new customers.

Provide technical service & support and also update the portfolio of assigned customers.

Responsible to ensure machine are tested and completed before customer come for FAT.

To assemble machine based on machine specification provided in the Job Card/ Orc and design provided by Management Team and Sales Person.

Responsible for doing regular maintenance for factory facilities.

Work inter-dependently, Strong problem-solving skills and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

To perform any other task as and when required.

Requirements:

• Troubleshooting delivery machine to the customer side.
• Fresh graduate - engineering background will be considered as on job training will be provided.
• Technical Support & service-oriented with a willingness to learn & hardworking attitude
• Knowledge of labelling machines and labels will have an advantage.
• Ability and experience in troubleshooting & performing root cause failure analysis on equipment.
• Willing to travel around Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia for off-site services.
• Flexible, responsive and able to work irregular hours when required.
• Able to work independently as well as a team player in a dynamic & challenging environment.
