Job summary

Nobel Industries Malaysia is seeking a skilled operator to run complex label-printing machinery in a high-demand production environment in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes mechanical troubleshooting, documentation, and coaching of less-experienced operators.

You will ensure consistent machine performance, manage preventive maintenance records, and standardise setup methods to support production continuity and quality. A focus on safety and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience with narrow-web label-printing equipment or comparable printing machinery.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and machine-setting ability.
• Able to document technical work and patiently coach less-experienced operators.

Responsibilities

• Operate label-printing machines for complex, high-risk or technically demanding production jobs.
• Diagnose machine faults, document root causes and coordinate repair or escalation.
• Plan and complete preventive-maintenance tasks with proper records and spare-parts control.
• Standardise machine settings, setup methods and troubleshooting guides.
• Train and assess backup operators so routine production is not dependent on one person.
• Work with Production and QC to prevent repeat machine-related defects.
