Job summary

Lotte Chemical Titan seeks a Mechanical Engineer to drive Turnaround (TA) planning and execution at its Pasir Gudang site. The role coordinates multi-discipline teams, develops workflows, and provides management with schedule and budget analyses.

You will prepare TA work packages, monitor progress, and ensure site readiness before TA closure. The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, 3+ years in mechanical design/construction/maintenance with petrochemical exposure, and

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical).
• Minimum 3 years working experiences in mechanical engineering design / construction / maintenance, with at least 3 years in oil & gas or petrochemical plants.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting (xlsx, ppt, docx) and SAP.
• Good report writing, presentation material preparation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of project handling and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete TA work packages ready for execution.
• Overview, track and integrate TA planning, progress reporting, site readiness up to post TA/close out report.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline crafts (mechanical, instrument, electrical, warehouse, reliability, procurement, SHE) and contractors for TA work package prep and execution.
• Develop and update detailed workflows for the maintenance team.
• Report planning status and estimated completion dates to management.
• Lead scheduling, compile schedule basis, communicate status and provide analysis to management.
• Coordinate turnaround and shutdown between departments and contractors.
• Monitor maintenance OPEX and provide analysis to management.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by Team Leader.
