Job summary

Lotte Chemical Titan (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia’s Pasir Gudang region is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead maintenance programs for plant equipment and electrical power systems. You will review schedules, guide troubleshooting, and drive improvements while ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

The role involves planning capital expenditure proposals, updating technical documents, and coordinating with operations to minimize downtime and optimize reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum experience of 6 years in process / petrochemical / refinery life plant.
• Strong knowledge of electrical equipment and systems listed above.

Responsibilities

• Plan, review and execute Planned Maintenance Program (PM, TBM, CBM, PDM) based on plant history and schedules.
• Plan, review and execute turnaround and scheduled/unscheduled shutdown maintenance.
• Lead technical aspects for Electrical Power system projects and improvements.
• Drive technical implementation of electrical initiatives and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance during troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Review and update drawings, operating documents and work instructions.
• Prepare CAPEX documentation for equipment upgrades and replacements.
• Maintain ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 compliance.
