Ye Chiu Group is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of rotating and static equipment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field and proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise mechanical maintenance activities to keep machinery in safe, reliable condition.
• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians for preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor repair progress and maintenance schedules; analyze equipment breakdowns and repairs.
• Perform machinery troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve failures.
• Conduct machinery inspections and prepare technical reports; recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure activities are safe and compliant with company procedures and safety requirements.
