We are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following positions:

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise mechanical maintenance activities to ensure machinery and equipment are in safe and reliable working condition.

Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.

Monitor repair progress, repair quality, and maintenance schedules, while analyzing the operational impact of equipment breakdowns and repairs.

Perform machinery troubleshooting, breakdown investigation, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment failures.

Conduct machinery breakdown analysis using CMMS systems, preferably SAP PM, and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.

Provide technical support to the company and coordinate with related departments to resolve equipment and maintenance issues.

Conduct machinery inspections and investigations, prepare technical reports, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures, standards, and safety requirements.

Support machinery improvement initiatives by conducting technical research and proposing maintenance, modification, and reliability improvement methods.

Monitor maintenance work progress and ensure assigned maintenance jobs are completed according to schedule.

Familiar with rotating equipment such as pumps and gearboxes, as well as static equipment, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives to minimize breakdowns and improve machinery performance.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

Required skill(s): able to withstand the bad and critical working environment, good interpersonal and communication skills, AutoCad.

Bilingualisms are advantage for this position because it involves communicating with a China contractor.

Able to work independently.

High degree of integrity maturity and pleasant personality.
