You will assist senior engineers with CAD drawings, technical documentation, calculations, material selection, fabrication, testing and QA.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of technical standards and specifications relevant to mechanical engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge and skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of quality assurance and testing procedures is advantageous
• Experience with mechanical design projects or internship experience in a related field is preferred

Aufgaben

• Assist senior engineers in the design and development of mechanical systems and components
• Support the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software
• Conduct preliminary analysis and calculations for mechanical projects and systems
• Assist with material selection and sourcing for engineering projects
• Support the fabrication, assembly, and testing phases of mechanical components
• Perform quality checks and inspections on manufactured parts and assemblies
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of project progress and findings
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical problems and identifying solutions
• Support the preparation of project reports and technical documentation
• Liaise with manufacturing and production teams to ensure project requirements are met
