Chemresistrol Engineering Sdn Bhd is recruiting an Engineering Assistant to join our mechanical engineering team at Klebang, Perak. This full-time, on-site role supports design, development and implementation of mechanical solutions, offering a solid pathway for growing a career in engineering alongside experienced professionals.

You will assist senior engineers with CAD drawings, technical documentation, calculations, material selection, fabrication, testing and QA.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of technical standards and specifications relevant to mechanical engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge and skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of quality assurance and testing procedures is advantageous
• Experience with mechanical design projects or internship experience in a related field is preferred

About the role

Chemresistrol Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an Engineering Assistant to join our dynamic mechanical engineering team in Klebang, Perak. This is a full-time position based on-site in our Perak facility. As an Engineering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our engineering operations, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of mechanical solutions that drive our business forward. Key responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in the design and development of mechanical systems and components
