QL AGROVENTURES SDN BHD in Sabah is seeking a diligent Maintenance Engineer to oversee electrical and mechanical systems critical to poultry farm operations. You will develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance reliability and minimize downtime.

The role requires a degree in mechanical engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in maintenance or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain electrical and mechanical systems critical to operation.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliability.
• Minimize downtime by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
• Create and oversee maintenance programs; analyze failures and take corrective actions.
• Provide technical knowledge to team members; coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed.
• Maintain inventory of major components and keep records of faults and repairs.

To develop, implement, and coordinate preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and reduce down time.

Ensures that the facility’s equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly with minimal downtime.

Create and oversees the facility’s maintenance program; identifies and analyses equipment or machinery failures and takes corrective actions.

Provides technical knowledge to other team members.

Coordinates with contractors, vendors as necessary to solve equipment problems.

Maintain inventory of major components and supplies for plant equipment.

Keeps records of faults and repairs.

Job Requirements:

Poses at least Degree in Mechanical Engineering field or a related field.

With work experience in related field for 3 years (minimum).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with industry regulations & safety standard.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent technical skills and knowledge.
