Job summary

R&M Electronics Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer to analyze problems, design and develop solutions for our interface product line. You will conduct experiments, estimate budgets and time scopes, and prepare documentation and drawings.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mech./Mechatronics, is proficient in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Ansys), ERP systems (Navision, EPICOR), and has good English and Mandarin communication. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mech./Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Ansys.
• Experience with ERP systems like Navision or EPICOR.
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of programming (C, C++, LabVIEW) is a plus.
• Familiar with CNC machining is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years engineering experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Mech./Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

Good in MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).

Experienced in ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision, EPICOR, etc.

Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

Familiar with programming such as C, C++, LabVIEW, etc. will be an added advantage.

Familiar with CNC machining will be an added advantage.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

3 years of working experience in the field of engineering
