We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, assembly, and production of RF and electronic equipment. The role is suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of working experience, while fresh graduates with strong learning ability and a hands‑on attitude are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical parts, enclosures, brackets, fixtures, and assemblies for RF/electronic products.
- Prepare and maintain 3D CAD models, 2D engineering drawings, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Prepare assembly drawings and work instructions for production and assembly teams.
- Support prototype assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and mechanical modification.
- Ensure mechanical designs are suitable for manufacturing, assembly, servicing, and production.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers on machining, sheet metal, CNC, 3D printing, coating, and other fabrication processes.
- Support mechanical design improvements based on production feedback and product issues.
- Assist in reviewing mechanical tolerances, material selection, fasteners, connectors, sealing, and mounting methods.
- Support basic mechanical calculations such as load, clearance, tolerance, and thermal considerations.
- Maintain engineering documentation and revision control.
- Support product qualification and environmental testing where required.
- Work closely with engineers from different disciplines to resolve mechanical integration issues.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
Experience
1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Fresh graduates with a good learning attitude and strong interest in mechanical design are welcome.
Skillsets
- Experience with SolidWorks (preferable) or similar 3D CAD software.
- Able to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings.
- Basic understanding of GD&T, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Good hands‑on and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to prepare clear engineering drawings and assembly/work instructions.
- Willing to work closely with production and perform hands‑on troubleshooting.
- Good communication, teamwork skills, detail‑oriented.
Optional Skillsets
- Experience designing electronic equipment, RF equipment, industrial equipment, or enclosures.
- Familiarity with sheet metal, CNC machining, extrusion, 3D printing, and surface finishing.
- Basic understanding of IP‑rated enclosures, thermal management, EMI/EMC considerations, and environmental requirements.
- Experience with BOM, ECO/ECN, engineering documentation, and production support.
