Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical and Electrical Engineer in maintenance.
• Ability to plan preventive maintenance and coordinate schedules.
• Strong leadership to supervise Technicians and ensure safety rules.
• Proven skills in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of energy monitoring and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant machineries efficiently with minimal downtime.

Mechanical & Electrical Engineer (Maintenance)

1. Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operation of the plant machineries effectively and efficiently with minimal downtime.

2. Plan, coordinate and follow up preventive maintenance activities and periodic maintenance schedules.

3. Analyses machine breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

4. Lead and supervise Technicians and ensure compliance with company rules, safety and work procedures.

5. Giving continuous supports of improvement projects, machine modification, and new equipment installation.

6. Monitor maintenance records, spare parts usage and maintenance costs.

7. Regular checks for the maintenance of the machines and repair the part that need to be replaced.

8. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for spare parts, services and technical support.

9. Support troubleshooting, trial runs and engineering activities to meet operational requirements.

10. Monitor energy consumption and implement cost and energy reduction initiatives.

11. Implement maintenance improvements while ensuring compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.

12. Maintain the required standard of housekeeping.

13. Conforming to health and safety procedure.

14. To organize and prepare for various inspection by statutory department.

15. Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
