Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical and Electrical Engineer in maintenance.
• Ability to plan preventive maintenance and coordinate schedules.

• Proven skills in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of energy monitoring and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant machineries efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Plan and follow preventive maintenance and scheduled work.
• Analyze breakdowns, identify root causes, implement fixes.
• Lead Technicians and ensure safety and procedures compliance.
• Support improvements, modifications, and new equipment installs.
• Monitor maintenance records, spare parts usage and costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers/contractors for parts and support.
• Assist troubleshooting, trials and engineering activities.
