Job summary

ANTARA KOH (M) SDN BHD is seeking an SHE Executive/Officer to oversee safety, health and environmental compliance in our corporate office in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The role focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance, documentation, audits, and coordinating the safety committee.

You will manage OSH/DOSH/DOE alignment to ISO 45001/14001, maintain records, conduct risk assessments, and support training, emergency plans, and CAPA closures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental.
• DOSH Certified (SHO/SSS/OSC).
• Internal Auditor / Awareness Training Certificate (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001).

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure full compliance with OSH laws, DOSH/DOE guidelines, and ISO standards.
• Document Management: Maintain up-to-date compliance records, legal registers, risk assessments (HIRARC), and safety SOPs.
• Audit & Reporting: Coordinate internal and external SHE audits, desktop risk reviews, and track CAPA actions.
• Safety Committee: Organize/secretary for the Office Safety Committee—arrange meetings, take minutes, and prepare monthly reports.
• Training & Emergency Plans: Coordinate employee safety orientations, fire drills, and mandatory safety certifications.

We are looking for an SHE Executive / Officer to join our team. This role focuses entirely on maintaining Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) legal compliance, administrative documentation, audits, and committee coordination within our corporate office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure full compliance with OSH laws, DOSH/DOE guidelines, and ISO standards (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001).

Document Management: Maintain up-to-date compliance records, legal registers, risk assessments (HIRARC), and safety SOPs.

Audit & Reporting: Coordinate internal and external SHE audits, conduct desktop risk reviews, and track corrective action plans (CAPA)

Safety Committee: Function as organizer/ secretary for the Office Safety Committee—arrange meetings, take minutes, and prepare monthly compliance reports.
