Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years work/applied learning experience in mechanical fields (Fire Fighting system, HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical ventilation, plumbing and sanitary system, lifts and escalators).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with AutoCAD software.
• Able to work independently and liaise effectively with contractors and authorities.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement mechanical building services relevant to Firefighting system, HVAC, Sanitary and Plumbing.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on their engineering request.
• Assist in overall project implementation from initial stage to final hand over.
• Attend all project meetings as required and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, etc.
• Project management to ensure the project is kept on schedule including supervision of work progress, resolve ground issues with contractor and relevant stakeholders.
• Review project cost and provide technical advice to client in project tendering.
