Job summary

Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong M&E building services design experience to join a lean consulting team.

You will design ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, and mechanical ventilation systems, perform heat load calculations, prepare drawings, calculations, tender documents and BQ. This role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years' experience, with BEM Graduate Engineer registration and AutoCAD proficiency. Revit MEP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years' experience in M&E consultancy or contractor with strong design exposure
• BEM Graduate Engineer registration
• Hands-on ACMV design experience
• Experience with Bomba (JBPM) submissions
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Added Advantage: Revit MEP, working towards Ir., IEM membership or green building experience

Responsibilities

• Design ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, and mechanical ventilation systems
• Perform heat load calculations and equipment sizing
• Prepare drawings, calculations, tender documents and BQ
• Handle Bomba (JBPM) and local authority submissions
• Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning through to handover
• Manage design packages with minimal supervision
