Keysight Technologies in Malaysia seeks an experienced supply chain professional to lead cross-functional teams and drive supply readiness for manufacturing builds and shipments.

You will identify material delivery risks, optimize inventory with CM/ODM partners, develop risk strategies, and deliver data-driven reports to support continuous improvements across the business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience typically at this level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and participate in cross functional teams to identify material delivery risk to customer orders
• May manage contract manufacturer (CM) or original design manufacturer (ODM) relationships to ensure assurance of supply & inventory optimization
• Represent supply chain readiness for manufacturing build and system delivery/shipment
• Develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies, and coordinate root cause corrective actions
• Lead and participate in projects to resolve problems or to support continuous process improvement
• Develop timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor material delivery challenges
• Ability to analyze and utilize large data in decision making, achievement of business objectives, and driving best quality solutions, practices and policies
• Ability to work on a large set of issues and projects at the same time
• Escalate gaps and unattended risks and issues until resolved
