Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Leader to drive supply chain planning, inventory management, and fulfillment to meet customer commitments. You will balance demand, supply, capacity, and inventory to optimize performance and readiness.

You will lead a team of managers and analysts, foster continuous improvement, and advance digital transformation with planning tools, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities to raise decision quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain planning, operations, inventory management, or logistics within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and developing high-performing talent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing business priorities.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, planning systems, and supply chain best practices.
