Job summary

Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. is seeking a procurement and inventory specialist to optimize material supply and services across high-tech or life sciences production. The role emphasizes supplier relationship management, PO processing, and end-to-end demand-supply alignment with a focus on on-time delivery.

The candidate will drive continuous improvement, leverage ERP systems, and collaborate with global teams, with flexibility to support night shifts as needed due to US-based suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree (preferably in IT/ computer Science)
• Minimum 5+ years practical experience in an ERP-based supply chain environment
• Proficient in Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Power BI etc
• Efficient time management to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, changing environment, with sense of urgency
• Able to conceive & construct ad-hoc projects in a very independent manner driving for recommendations which are readily actionable
• Possess good analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Solves a broad range of procurement support related problems, AOS escalation, issues and lead creative solutions to ensure AOS stability
• Establishes and manages supplier relationships including MOQ management, support end to end process from reviewing demand and supply, PO management/ processing, rescheduling/ pull list management, shortage closure, On time delivery (OTD), shipment arrangement, Defective Parts Management to avoid impacts to customer’s/ keysight operation
• Effective/ Optimized inventory management
• Responsible for contributing to or leading process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement
• Willing to support at night (when needed) since suppliers are based in US
