Job summary

Keysight is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end activities, supplier relationships, and cost-saving initiatives. The role emphasizes strong coordination of demand, supply, and PO processing to ensure on-time delivery and operational continuity.

Ideal candidates will have a degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and proven time management, analytical, and negotiation skills to drive process improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Good time management to manage multiple escalations, projects in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
• Strong in analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end procurement activities.
• Establishes and manages supplier relationships including MOQ management, support end to end process from reviewing demand and supply, PO management/ processing, rescheduling/ pull list management, shortage closure, On time delivery (OTD), shipment arrangement, defective parts Management to avoid impact to customers' / Keysight operation.
• Support Revenue maximization, Inventory Reduction, Cost Saving initiatives.
• Support process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards continuous improvement.
