Job summary

Zichen Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Control Executive/Clerk to oversee bonded warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, inventory accounting, and ledger accuracy.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve material issues and maintain strict traceability. The candidate should have a diploma or degree in logistics/warehousing, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Has at least a college diploma or degree in logistics or warehousing-related field.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on material/warehouse management experience.
• Familiarity with inbound/outbound warehouse processes and inventory methodologies.
• Proficient with office software and ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, inventory, and ledger accounting for bonded warehouse materials to achieve 100% stock accuracy.
• Monitor thresholds, analyze stock structure, and propose actions to prevent stockouts and improve turnover.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve material discrepancies and ensure traceability of documentation.
• Ensure compliance activities for bonded materials and assist with regulatory inventory audits.
