ERS Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Materials Planner to create and manage detailed production plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and production timelines. The role emphasizes collaboration with manufacturing teams, inventory optimization, and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency.

• Experience in materials planning, production planning, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in planning and inventory management software (MRP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create detailed production plans and schedules aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address deviations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize resource utilization and ensure adherence to timelines.

Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any deviations or delays.

Inventory Management:

Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Analyze inventory turnover rates and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and analyze production and inventory reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare and present reports to management on production performance, material usage, and inventory levels.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in materials planning and production scheduling.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to apply innovative solutions to planning challenges.

Qualifications:

Have experience in materials planning, production planning, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.

Proficiency in planning and inventory management software (e.g., MRP systems).
