Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience as Material Planner or Inventory Planner in manufacturing or supply chain
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and cross-functional teamwork
• Experience with lean manufacturing or supply chain optimization techniques
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices and supply chain principles
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/MRP software

Liaise with the Customer Planning Team to understand material requirements and align planning processes with customer needs

Coordinate with the Customer Planning Team to resolve discrepancies in forecasts and inventory expectations

Collaborate with customers to ensure timely updates and adjustments to material requirements as needed

Track inventory across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock

Generate regular reports on inventory status, usage trends, and material requirements

Use ERP/MRP systems to update and maintain accurate records of material availability and orders

About you

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as a Material Planner, Inventory Planner, or similar role in supply chain or manufacturing

Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify patterns in data

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges

Experience in lean manufacturing or supply chain optimization techniques
