SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn. Bhd. is part of a global automotive group and produces wiper and seat systems for leading car manufacturers.

We are seeking a Material Planner to ensure material availability and support smooth production operations. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related field, with at least 2 years of material planning experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. SAP/Oracle experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing or related field.
• 2+ years of material planning or supply chain operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory control and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material requirements based on production plans and customer orders.
• Monitor material availability and reorder points to maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and suppliers to ensure timely material supply.

We are seeking a Material Planner to ensure sufficient material availability and support smooth production operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare material requirements based on production plans and customer orders.

• Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and reorder requirements.

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and suppliers to ensure timely material supply.

• Follow up on material deliveries and resolve shortages or delays.

• Maintain accurate material records and support inventory control and improvement activities.

Must-Have

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Manufacturing, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Material Planning or Supply Chain Operations.

• Good knowledge of material planning, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; SAP/Oracle experience is an advantage.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
