Job summary

Greatech in Malaysia is seeking a warehouse/inventory clerk to maintain stock, prepare shipments, and ensure accurate material handling. The role involves locating and labeling materials, recording movements, and keeping work areas clean.

Training in related tasks and a valid driving license are preferred. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a similar field and can manage schedules and documentation efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum certification or equivalent years of related experience.
• Task work related training. Driving license F or H.
• Preferably 2-5 years working experience in related field.
• Able to schedule and time management and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and record inventory with identify, labelling, and placing materials/goods in stock.
• Locates materials/goods by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers/section by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
• Prepares finished goods for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
• Maintains material-handling equipment.
• Keeps the inventory areas and workplace clean.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Efficiently schedule and maintain handling of materials/goods.
• Update daily shipment goods in computer files.
• Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
• To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
