Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a field operations assistant to supervise activities at multiple customer sites and coordinate with vendors in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role includes on-site tasks at client data centers and regular travel to sites beyond Kuala Lumpur.

The position requires commuting to various locations nationwide and is not warehouse-based, with standard hours and Monday–Friday workdays. Training will cover logistics and transit coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Own a motorbike and willing to travel outside the city for work.
• Own transportation is preferred.
• Reach Truck / Forklift or Truck experience is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge or experience in supply chain, logistics, or land transportation is an added advantage.
• Comfortable traveling to various customer sites.
• Willing to learn.
• Working Days: Monday to Friday.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• HQ: Lot No 1 & 3, Persiaran Pasak Bumi, Bukit Jelutong Industrial Park, Seksyen U8, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
• Working Location: Multiple Locations - Travel to various customer sites required (e.g., Cyberjaya, Nilai, Johor Bahru, Bukit Jalil, and other locations as needed).

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations and manage related tasks at various customer locations.
• Communicate with vendors in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Work on-site at client's data centers.
• Travel to assigned sites as per schedule provided by the hiring manager.
• Please note this is NOT a warehouse-based role.
