Responsibilities

• Perform tasks assigned by Supervisor.
• Receive and verify parts from suppliers and customers.
• Prepare parts for production as per requirements.
• Transfer finished parts to warehouse for shipping.
• Coordinate with production and sub-con coordinators for logistics.
• Manage and maintain stock of sub parts.
• Ensure proper storage to prevent deterioration.
• Prepare tags for inventory reports.
• Follow company protocol and safety regulations.

• To perform work, assign by Supervisor.
• Receiving parts from other department, supplier, customer and ensuring the document quantity tally with physical quantity.
• Preparing parts for production activities as per JC quantity and requirement.
• Transfer the finish welding parts to warehouse for shipping arrangement to vendor or customer.
• Coordinate with production coordinator to ensure required part to be prepared and ship to vendor or customer as per planning schedule.
• Coordinate with sub-con coordinator for requesting transport arrangement for sending material or parts to vendor or customer.
• Managing and maintaining sub parts stock and storage.
• Proper storage of parts and material to prevent deterioration of parts.
• Prepare Tag for monthly inventory report.
• Performing work safely by following safety and health regulation.
• Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures.
• To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
• Maintain and be responsible for 5’s practices in workplace.
• Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
