Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Material Planning Specialist to oversee project material management plans and ensure on-time delivery against engineering timelines.

You will partner with project management and technical teams to align procurement schedules, manage pre-order readiness, material tracking, and coordinate end-to-end logistics including inbound components and customs clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of experience in material planning or related field.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and BOM management required.
• Experience with international logistics expediting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project management and technical teams to align procurement schedules with engineering release dates.
• Manage pre-order readiness, material tracking, and post-order expediting to prevent project delays.
