Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a Material Planning Specialist to oversee project material management ensuring on-schedule deliveries against engineering timelines.

You will partner with project management and technical teams to align procurement with release dates, manage pre-order readiness and post-order expediting to prevent delays, and coordinate end-to-end logistics including customs clearance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in material planning, production control, or project supply chain execution.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing sectors such as energy, chemicals, or automation integration.
• Applied knowledge of tier-1 ERP systems, inventory tracking, and BOM management.
• Expediting open orders and coordinating international logistics workflows.
• Bachelor degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a matching field.

Responsibilities
