Job summary

Alcon in Malaysia seeks an Associate for Customer & Pricing Master Data to manage and maintain master data across systems, ensuring accurate pricing, contact, and regulatory data. You will classify customers, monitor data quality, and collaborate with IT, finance and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Experience with master data management systems in the medical device industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain customer master data in systems (SFDC, SAP, etc.), updating contact details and regulatory data.
• Classify customers by purchasing behavior and market segment.
• Set up and update pricing master data, including discounts and volume pricing.
• Keep price lists up-to-date with market and regulatory changes.
• Clean master data to remove duplicates and fix errors.
• Cross-reference data from multiple sources and enforce governance policies.
• Support Chinese sales teams with master data guidance and data inquiries.
• Coordinate with IT, finance, and supply chain to optimize data systems.
• Analyze master data trends and generate status reports.
