Private Advertiser is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily massage therapy operations in Malaysia. You will supervise therapists, receptionists, and staff, and ensure services are delivered professionally according to SOPs.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, customer bookings, financial monitoring, and driving sales through promotions and packages. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; diploma/degree in business or hospitality preferred. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, hospitality, wellness, or spa management.
• Experience managing massage, spa, or hospitality teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of branch operations and admin procedures.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the massage therapy branch.
• Supervise therapists, receptionists, and staff.
• Prepare staff schedules, rosters, attendance, and leave.
• Monitor staff performance and adherence to policies.
• Ensure services are provided professionally per SOPs.
• Manage customer bookings, inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and branch finances.
• Establish monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate promotions, memberships, and packages.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience.
