Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Branch Manager to oversee daily massage therapy branch operations and lead a team of therapists, receptionists, and staff. The role includes scheduling, performance monitoring, and ensuring services meet SOPs while addressing customer bookings and feedback.
You will drive monthly sales targets, manage campaigns, maintain hygiene and safety standards, monitor facilities, and coordinate with management on staffing and operations.

Manage and oversee the overall daily operations of the massage therapy branch.
Supervise and manage massage therapists, receptionists, and other employees.
Prepare staff schedules, duty rosters, work assignments, attendance, and leave arrangements.
Monitor staff performance, discipline, punctuality, grooming, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure massage treatments and related services are provided professionally and according to company SOPs.
Manage customer bookings, appointments, walk-in customers, enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Handle customer complaints professionally and take appropriate action to resolve service issues.
Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses, cash collection, and branch financial performance.
Establish and monitor monthly sales targets and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
Manage promotional campaigns, massage packages, memberships, and other sales activities.
Ensure the branch maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, ambience, and professionalism.
Monitor the condition of massage rooms, facilities, furniture, and equipment and arrange maintenance where necessary.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales, staff, inventory, and operational reports.
Control operating costs and ensure company resources are used properly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, licensing requirements, workplace rules, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve branch operations, sales performance, customer retention, and profitability.
Coordinate with management and other branches on staffing, operational, marketing, and business matters.
Perform any other managerial, administrative, and operational duties assigned by the management.
Language Requirements:
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
Able to communicate effectively with customers, staff, suppliers, and management.
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Wellness, Spa/Massage Therapy Management, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant managerial or supervisory experience in the massage, spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality, retail, or service industry.
Strong leadership, communication, customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of branch operations, staff management, sales management, and administrative procedures.
Able to work independently and take full responsibility for branch operations and performance.
Willing to work according to branch operating hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
