Job summary

You will work closely with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations, meet personal and team sales targets, provide accurate information, and prepare daily reports for your supervisor while upholding grooming and hygiene standards.

• Provide accurate information on services, products, promotions, and assist with customer requests.
• Handle customer issues and resolve service or record errors professionally.
• Ensure the spa outlet is clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming.
• Work closely with therapists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain professional grooming and adhere to the dress code and hygiene standards at all times.
• Prepare daily updates and reports for the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
