Job summary

OCBC e2 Power Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations professional to handle daily processing and verify external deals executed by dealers/traders. You will ensure trades are valid and correctly booked, liaise with clients, and contribute to system implementations and process improvements.

Candidates with Treasury product knowledge and strong MS Excel skills will fit well. You will work in a collaborative team, supporting business units and driving straight-through processing across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in financial operations or related field.
• Preferable knowledge dealing with Treasury products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily processing and verify external deals executed by dealers/traders to ensure validity and accurate economic details.
• Liaise with dealers/traders and internal/external clients on daily operation issues; participate in UAT, system implementation and process improvements.
• Identify STP opportunities to improve processes and ensure timely completion of operations and controls.
• Support business units and develop new processes for launched products from an operational perspective.
