ESING INDUSTRY (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Marketing Specialist to establish and execute marketing strategies for a Taiwanese brand expanding in Malaysia. You will also act as a sales support, coordinating online and offline marketing assets and campaigns.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a Marketing-related degree, and proficiency in EN and CN (Traditional Chinese); BM is preferred. The position offers a comfortable startup-like workspace and regular team activities.

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing related field with 1+ year experience.
• Proven track record in establishing marketing strategies and content creation.
• Fluent in EN and CN; BM preferred.

Job Description

The primary role of this position is to establish and implement marketing strategies and marketing assets for a Taiwanese brand to expand business locally. The secondary role is to act as an sales assistant.

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Establish a constructive communication roadmap for both Online and Offline channels.

Collaborate with marketing agencies or talents to create and shape comprehensive product marketing assets with a creative mindset.

Able to identify and analyze current marketing opportunities and trends in Malaysia.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Design Studies/Administration/Management or any other equivalent field.

At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.

Required language(s): EN, CN (Traditional Chinese).

Preferred language: BM

Proven track record of establishing marketing strategies and content.

Creative thinker, strategist, problem solver, opportunity seeker, team player.

(Plus) Knowledge in the field of home appliances, electronics, and past work in electrical appliance stores, bathroom supplies stores and hardware stores locally.
