We operate a multi-brand ecosystem (White On White, beyondROSE, SummerWhite, Golden Floral Academy) where visual storytelling is our strongest currency.
In this role, you will be the architectural mind behind our social media output, blending deep brand understanding with cutting-edge AI tools to engineer content that doesn't just go viral — it converts.

Core Responsibilities:

Brand Positioning & "Targeted Virality": Deeply understand the premium DNA of our brands and translate that into highly engaging, viral content. Your primary battleground will be Xiaohongshu (XHS), supported by strategic dominance on Threads, Instagram, and Facebook.

AI-Powered Content Creation: Act as our internal AI wizard. You will aggressively leverage tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, CapCut Pro, and Seedance to ideate, script, edit, and publish high-quality social media assets at scale.

Ecosystem Storytelling: Work seamlessly across our product lines—from luxury VIP gifting to wedding setups and floral academy workshops—ensuring the content matches the exact tone of each specific brand.

Community Pulse: Monitor platform algorithms, trending audio, and cultural shifts to ensure White On White is always part of the modern conversation.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken). Because XHS is your primary focus and 80% of our market is Chinese-speaking, exceptional Chinese copywriting and trend-spotting are non-negotiable.

AI & Tech Savvy: Proven experience using Generative AI (LLMs) and advanced video editing apps (CapCut Pro) to speed up workflows without sacrificing premium quality.

The "Big Plus" (Visual Craft): Hands-on knowledge of professional DSLR photography. If you know your way around full-frame camera systems and prime lenses to capture breathtaking product shots, you will immediately stand out.

Mindset: You must be a strategic thinker who understands that "likes" are vanity, but brand equity and sales are sanity.
