Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Multimedia, Business, Creative Media or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of marketing, digital marketing, content or creative experience preferred.
• Strong interest and practical experience in using Generative AI for marketing purposes.
• Ability to demonstrate how AI has been used to improve content creation, marketing campaigns or productivity.

Responsibilities

• AI Content Creation: Use AI tools to develop marketing ideas, copywriting, social media content, scripts and campaign concepts.
• AI Visual & Creative Production: Create marketing visuals and promotional materials using AI tools.
• AI Video Creation: Produce short-form videos for social platforms using AI-assisted tools.
• Social Media Management: Plan and develop engaging content and maintain content calendars.
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, product launches and events.
• Market & Competitor Research: Use AI to research trends and opportunities.
• Content Performance: Monitor performance and recommend improvements.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and tech‑savvy Marketing Executive who is passionate about AI, digital marketing and content creation.

You will use AI tools to create and enhance social media content, visuals, videos, copywriting and marketing campaigns, while exploring new technologies to improve marketing efficiency and creativity.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, creative and eager to experiment with AI, with the ability to turn AI‑generated ideas into professional, engaging and brand‑appropriate content.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Content Creation: Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and other platforms to develop marketing ideas, copywriting, social media content, scripts, product descriptions and campaign concepts.

• AI Visual & Creative Production: Create and enhance marketing visuals, product images, promotional materials and creative concepts using AI image‑generation and editing tools.

• AI Video Creation: Produce short‑form videos and AI‑enhanced video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube using tools such as CapCut, Kling, Runway, Veo or similar platforms.

• Social Media Management: Plan and develop engaging social media content, maintain content calendars and adapt current trends into suitable brand content.

• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, promotions, product launches, events and other marketing initiatives.

• Market & Competitor Research: Use AI and digital tools to research competitors, consumer trends, content trends and new marketing opportunities.

• Content Performance: Monitor social media and campaign performance to identify high‑performing content and recommend improvements.

• AI Automation & Productivity: Identify marketing tasks that can be simplified or automated through AI and develop useful prompts, templates and workflows for the team.

• AI Innovation: Continuously explore new AI tools, platforms and creative technologies that can improve marketing quality, speed and efficiency.

• Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Design, Sales and other teams to ensure campaigns and content are delivered effectively.

• Ad‑Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake any other marketing‑related duties, projects or assignments as required by Management from time to time.

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Multimedia, Business, Creative Media or related disciplines.

• Preferably 1–3 years of marketing, digital marketing, content or creative experience.

• Strong interest and practical experience in using Generative AI for marketing purposes.

• Able to demonstrate how AI has been used to improve content creation, marketing campaigns or productivity.

• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising will be an advantage.

• Good sense of visual presentation, content and branding.

• Good copywriting and communication skills.

• Able to independently research and learn new AI platforms.

• Creative, curious and willing to experiment with new technologies.

• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Candidates with marketing agency, digital agency, creative agency or AI‑related marketing experience are preferred.
