Job summary

JLand Group - JLG in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing development for JLG Land’s property projects.

In this role you will craft and execute marketing strategies, lead digital campaigns, manage brand promotion, generate leads, mentor the team, and oversee budgeting and reporting to drive business growth.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and external vendors, adapt to market trends, and deliver actionable insights for optimization.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute marketing strategies for JLG Land’s Property projects, targeting key market segments and aligning with industry trends.
• Lead digital campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; utilize SEO, SEM, and PPC to boost visibility and lead generation.
• Enhance and maintain a strong brand presence through consistent messaging, innovative campaigns, and event organization.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive quality leads, develop sales tools, and optimize campaign performance for higher conversion.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team while working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and external vendors to meet business goals.
• Administer the marketing budget effectively and deliver performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Take on assigned projects and adapt to changing business needs with a proactive and flexible approach.
